Some sweaty, bready yeast. Well, lots, in fact. Taste is mostly bitter and sour. Smooth on the palate. Easy drinking. Foamy carbonation. Lingering sour bitterness to finish. Rutland Arms, Sheffield. Hazy, yellow gold. Thin, white head. Nose has distinct Fantome peppery herb. Mango pulp and skin. Bready grain. Some wheat. Taste is dry and herbal, peppery bitter. Some mango sweetness. Medium body. Fairly oily. Fine, brisk carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Nice mango character, and a typically interesting brew.
