Reviewed from notes.
Can to snifter.
Appearance: black in the pour and black in the glass with a quickly dissolving foamy head, light lace but that seemed to trickle off pretty quick
Aroma: thick fudgey-like milk chocolate, dark chocolate, sweet cream, vanilla and doughy-like/pastry/cookie batter tones
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a decadent fudgey and doughy sweet quality, finishes very cookie/doughy-like and super chocolatey
Texture: medium to full bodied, I see this as a sipper, extremely smooth along the tongue
Overall: pure decadence in a glass, check with your doctor to see if you got diabetes after drinking this thing.

Tap, at the brewery. Nearly black. Barely a head. Nose has brownie dough. Chocolate milkshake. Vanilla (every BBCO beer seems to smell of vanilla). Touch of booze. Taste is super sweet. Lots of raisins and vanilla. Medium body. Sticky on the lips. Fine carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish.
