Bottled, thanks fonefan! Cloudy golden, faint head. Fruity nose. Sweetish with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Slightly minerally with some soap and grass. Low biterness. Standard bottled kölsch. Better than the industrial examples, but this is really is a style that is noy suited for bottling.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of dusty hops, and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, hay, and a bit of hops, leading to bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a white head. Sweet and clean malty nose. Medium body, malty with a slight oxidized edge (not due to age for sure!), a little sweet biscuits. Very subdued hops. Drinkable and pleasant alright but not really with the right crispiness for a Kölsch. 080911
