Bottle, 9.5%. Roasted aroma, seems a little pheonlic, with paint thinner. Clear dark brown colour, chestnut colour, looks good. The flavour is a lot like the aroma, sweet and roasted, quite caramelly. Too sweet, actually.

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a bubbly light tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, fruits, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, lots of caramel and malt, as well as spices and cardboard, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks Theis for sharing.

Bottle 70 cl. Courtesy of Theis. Pours a pretty clear amber with a small off-white head. Very fruity aroma with an oxidized note. Solid body, carbonation is a little low, heavy caramel and overripe fruit. Warming alcoholic finish. A little more hops to balance the sweetness would’ve been preferred, but pleasant. 131011
