Cask. Unsworth’s Yard brewery, Cartmel. Mostly clear gold. Thick, creamy, white head. Nose has sweet grain. Some lemon pith. Yeasty bread. Taste is light sweet, with a lemon rind bitterness. Light body. Fairly thin. Fine carbonation. Moderate bitterness to finish. Ok.

On cask at Alexanders, Kendal. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - flowers, herbs, custard. Lemon. Taste - lemon and lime. Light biscuit. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - good example of the style.
