Taste starts with medium sweet rich chocolate and coffee, following is fruity, grassy and heavy roasted, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is pretty bitter. (Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 1016 - BB 05.12.2020, from Pien, 20200530) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized, lightly brown and it lasted long. Aroma had burnt malts, dark chocolate and coffee. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, dark chocolate, burnt malts, coffee, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had coffee, burnt malts and bitterness. A very pleasant burnt brew with strong coffee notes.
