Anyway, this is clear, pale gold. Lots of fine, lively carbonation produces a thick, lasting, bright white head. Nose has wheat. Lemon rind. Yoghurt. Wood chips. Taste is a little sweet, with a soft, lactic sourness. Crisp and clean, lightly drying mouthfeel. Lots of burp inducing carbonation. Dry, and lightly sour finish, with a hint of wheaty sweetness.
