Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hmm. Not sure if this is new, or if it should go under Ashover Cloudy Sour, other than that was out years ago, and this isn’t cloudy? Anyway, this is clear, pale gold. Lots of fine, lively carbonation produces a thick, lasting, bright white head. Nose has wheat. Lemon rind. Yoghurt. Wood chips. Taste is a little sweet, with a soft, lactic sourness. Crisp and clean, lightly drying mouthfeel. Lots of burp inducing carbonation. Dry, and lightly sour finish, with a hint of wheaty sweetness.
