Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazed, pale gold. Slim ring of white. Nicely effervescent, fine bubbles. Nose has plum yoghurt. Plum stone. Bit of farmyard. Clean malts. Taste is dry, and lightly sour. Crisp, fine fizz. Drying and soft sour finish.
