Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Soft haze on pale, orange gold. Thin and dense, lasting, fully lacing, white head. Nose has juicy peach. Ripe, sweet lemon. Soft, oily and floral herb. Taste is nicely balanced, fruity sweet, and bright, clean, zesty bitterness. Light and mineraly on the palate. Soft carbonation. Mineraly and zesty finish. Cask at it’s best.
