Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Not too far off black. Ring of lacing, tan head. Nose has cough candy sweets. Some nutmeg. Hint of cinnamon. Hint of anise. None of which are listed on the ingredients, so that’s got to be pretty impressive to wring those aromas out. Taste is dry, with some vine fruit sweetness. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Cinnamon and cough sweets on the finish. I’m sure others might like this a lot, but it’s not especially my bag.
