Bottle. Bier Huis, Ossett. Yellow gold. Soft haze. Film of sticky, white head. Great looker. Nose has tinned peach. Peach stone. Malts come across sweet and vanilla like. Taste is peach stone bitter. Some dryness. Soft and creamy mouthfeel. A little drying. The bitterness gets a little metallic and harsh toward the finish, but overall it’s a very decent hybrid beer.
