Cask, Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear gold. Frothy, uneven, lasting, white head. Nose has sweet malts. Lots of fruity toffee. Pineapple cube hoppage. Green, leafy hop. Taste is grainy, toffee sweet. Light, hop oil bitterness. Feels oily. More sweetness on the finish with a light oily bitterness.
