Tap. Prohibition Pig, Waterbury, VT. Pale, milky yellow. Film of clingy, white head. Nose is very wheaty, and cereal like. Pulped peach. Some lemon rind. Sweet and husky. Taste is quite sweet and wheaty, with some lemon tartness. Light body. Dries out somewhat. Decent.
