Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Pale gold, with a soft haze. Film of white head. Nose definitely has a raspberry ripple ice cream thing going on. Some light, peachy hop notes. Some biscuit malts. Nailed on for style. Taste is light sweet, with a little zesty bitterness. Light body. Soft fizz. Loses the sweetness on the finish, turning zesty, citric bitter. Not entirely my cup of tea, but it’s a well made beer.
