Cask. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Clear, bright gold. Sudsy white head. Nose has sweet, soapy malts. Some floral hop. Taste is sweet, with a light, earthy bitterness. Trace of ginger, although I’d probably not twigged it if I’d not looked for it. Light body. Finishes mostly floral and sweet.
