Jonah and the Pale was crafted using the finest English barley and wheat, an American strain of yeast, and a selection of hops from the West Coast; smooth and easy going, yet big enough to satisfy the belly of humpback whale.

Bottle. Turner’s, Sheffield. Murky gold. Some suds of white. Nose has fusty malts, and fusty hop. Some notes of grapefruit in there. Taste is fusty and papery. Flat, dull mouthfeel. Condition is way off. Why brewers go to huge lengths to produce quality beer, and then don’t put the cap on the bottle properly (that’s me guessing), is beyond me.
