A wonderfully balanced best bitter with good malty flavour and dark fruit notes, these are offset by a strong hop with a very clean finish. A great thirst quenching beer for any time of the day.

Cask at the CASK Pub & Kitchen on 29th January 2011. Copper with a white head. Sweet malty aroma. Malty in-mouth and a citric kick, to front of mouth; slightly sour finish then citric aftertaste. I found the beer slightly disappointing, but quite happy to re-rate when tasting again.
