Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear gold. Bubbly, sudsy, white head. Biscuit malts. Sweet and grainy. Light, orangey hop. Wouldn’t have picked it out as Simcoe, necessarily. Taste is zesty, earthy bitter. Medium body. Feels above the ABV. Long bitter finish, with some grainy sweetness on the lips.
