Slightly sweet with a complex malty flavor. The spicy flavor comes from our unique blend of Trappist yeast and Belgian candi sugar - making it both aromatic and flavorful. It will benefit with aging up to two years. VINTAGE DATED.

Pours a clear gold. Not really slightly sweet, very sweet, in fact overly so. Candy apples, some yeast and hops but just didn’t work out well at all.

Bottle. Candied orange/cherry, toffee malt and alcohol aroma. Hazy golden yellow with minimal head. Sweet orange pulp, yeast, toffee malt, and lightly bitter herb and alcohol flavor. Don’t think aging helped this much.

Bottle. Perfumy and malty alcohol nose. Cloudy orange colour. Very small white head. The flavour is nicely fruity with a good alcohol note. The flavour is better than the aroma. Good alcohol level for this beer, but it is a bit sweet.

Bottle 65 cl. Courtesy of GT2. Pours a hazy golden with an off-white head. Very, very sweet fruity with spices. Medium body, cloyingly sweet with heavy spices, lots of white sugar and yeast. Warming alcohol. Too sweet to be truly enjoyable. 180212

Bottled. A hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of fruit, wheat, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, over ripe fruits, yeast, and brewing cereal, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Too much for my liking.
