Tap. Kelham Island Tavern, Sheffield. Very hazy gold. Bubbly, persistent, white head. Tangy, yeasty, bready malts. Lime juice. Lime zest. Has an off note that I can’t put my finger on. It’s super tangy, to the point of sourness. Maybe that’s how a Mojito is? Anyway, it’s pretty drinkable. Crisp, tart finish.
