Tap. Prohibition Pig, Waterbury, VT. Clear, pale amber. Thin, white head. Big Nelson hop hit. Creamy malts. Taste has a rising bitterness. Palate is clean, fresh and crisp. Good fizz. Bitter finish. Shows off the hop nicely.
