Cask. Shakespeare’s, Sheffield. Clear, bright gold. Bubbly, frothy white head. Nice balance of pithy, grassy hop and soft, biscuit malts. Taste is full, pithy bitter. Zesty mouthfeel. Very clean and light. Finishes long, zesty bitter. Turns light dry right on the close.
