Tap. Friends of Ham, Leeds. Hazy, vanilla yellow. No head. I don’t like sorrel, and it grows like a twat on the allotment, where you didn’t ask it. Anyway, this is the lemon end of things. Pretty clean. Tad of earthiness. Taste is tart, and earthy dry. Sharp, zingy palate. Finishes zingy, crisp, and dry. Nice, refreshing sour.
