Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are cinnamon, ginger, apples, citrus and other spices. Spicy finish.

Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, apples and heavy spicy - cinnamon and cardemum. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. watery. Too spicy for me. 180212

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours orange with floaties and bubbles on top. Spicy nose. Cinnamon and nutmeg. A bit of apple. Red apples. Dry with a touch of meat. I Hate the spices but somehow it’s good.

at Cloisters ... amber ... soft light spiced mellow nose with justa hint of apple ... sweet apple ... juicy and mellow ... ligth cinamon... not complex but quite nice
