Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Hazy, pale amber. Thin, messy, clingy, white head. Plenty of Sorachi character to this. It’s zesty, fruity, and a bit dank, too. Plenty of piny resin. Spruce and grassy hop. Taste is chewy sweet. Turns full on, piny bitter. Nice chew on the palate. Bit of spice tingle. Finishes long, oily bitter. This isn’t as vibrant as you might expect from this brewer, but it’s big, and tasty, and bitter, and as piny as you like. Full on. The dank side of excellent.
