Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. Clear gold. Thin, fairly dense, lasting, white head. Citrus rind, passion fruit, and green apple. Some green hop in there. Sweet, biscuit malts. Taste is crisp, clean bitter. A little fresh sharpness. Palate is crisp and clean, too. A little oily. Soft, and airy carbonation. The passion fruit comes more prominent down the glass. Finishes bitter, with a little dryness. I think I need to go live in Scarborough...
