Bottle from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is tart, loads of citrus and soft cereals. Grapefruit and lemon zest, paired with light mango and pineapple. Mouth feel is soft, same for the carb. The finish is quite tart, light lactic notes, loads of citrus and sharp fruit. Nice stuff.....

Keg at brewery, Hamilton. A superb sour that was both sour and creamy at the same time. Testament to correct malts and hop combination. Not as unsettling as some kettle sours are. Good work.

A lightly hazed golden ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with ground cherries, lactic acid, Epsom salts, light Brett, light lactic notes, very nice and smooth. On tap at brewery.
