Can to snifter.
Appearance: amber/copper in color with sly transparency and a quickly dissolving head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: obviously - the pink pineapple sour to tart features with a kind lacto - acidic semi-yeasty whiff to it
Flavor: sour & tart; semi-sweet underlying tone blending the pineapple to the yeast, aftertaste is acidic yet a touch of creaminess in it
Texture: medium bodied, definitely a sipper, for a sour IPA I'm surprised to see how it moves somewhat slick along my tongue; finishes with the pineapple and a semi-slick sort of mentality of how it rolls off my tongue
Overall: I dig this sour IPA it does what Evil Twin was going for and I wouldn't mind coming back to this.

a: pretty hazy golden body | large fast-dying off-white head
a: tart pineapple (duh!) | clean wheat | soft lactose
f: soured guava | cream | hibiscus at end
t: icing sugar | sour candy | one-dimensional
o: about expected | funky throughout | not-an-IPA and too artificial for a sour...interesting!
16 ounce can | MOM's Organic Market: Alexandria, Virginia | 15-August-2025 | US$3,49 | no can date | sampled: 06-September-2025

$4.09 can, GGG. Nearly clear, pinkish-golden with a white head. Canned pineapple, citrus peel, apple nose. I would guess, blind, that this was a cider with some pineapple. I feel like this is apple juice with some pineapple flavoring. Some lemon zest in the end.

Pint can from Total Wine Spokane. Pours a light golden color with a small white head. Nose resembles more of a cider with pineapple added, which is also reflected in the taste. Lightly sweet, moderately acidic with a light, yet crisp finish.

473ml can. Tart, grapefruity and earthy with hints of sweetness, vanilla and citrus. Meh.
