Tehtiin kaiken mehuhypen vastapainoksi "old school jenkki-IPA". Hankittiin kaikkia humalia, jotka on julkaistu "back in the days" ysärillä - eli tätä juodessa on luvassa enemmän maanläheisiä, greippisiä ja aivan hennon hedelmäisiä aromeja. Tämän IPAn katkerohumalat jäävät roikkumaan kitalakeen, niin että "muistaa oikeasti juoneensa IPAa". Humalina Ahtanum, Warrior, Nugget, Summit, Cascade, Columbus.

Tap at Pien, Helsinki. Color is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, pine, some caramel, hops and Malta. Pretty nice! Amber ale vibes....

(Cask at Black Door, 20201021) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized, white and it lasted rather long. Aroma had pine, resin, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were pine, resin, toffee, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had resin, malts and bitterness. A delicious brew with resiny and malty notes, and a good bitter finish.

750ml growler from the brewery. Classic old skool west coast pale ale with loads of piney hoppiness, grass, lingering bitterness, some resin, caramely malts, hints of citrus and grapefruit. Crisp, quaffable and bitter, pretty nice.
