375ml bottle. Stuffy and slightly stingy with hints of wheaty yeastiness, citrus and powdery notes. A bit unbalanced.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 33B/24A). Bottle 37.5 cl (Batch L18-2018 - BBF 06-2038). AROMA: medium used barrel aroma. no witbier notes detected. low wild yeast fermentation notes. APPEARANCE: light gold and clear. low white head with medium-low to low retention. TASTE: medium sour flavor with slight citrus notes. background of used barrel with slight wild yeast notes. medium-low to low bitterness with a dry, sour and slightly bready finish. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. OVERALL: barrel aged witbier? no comments...
