Kesällä 2019 meidän Hanna kävi Berliinissä vähän dokailee ja mokailee. Siellä hän löysi sundaymarketin mehukojulta TÄYDELLISEN makuyhdistelmän - inkivääriä, punajuurta ja appelsiinia. Tämä maukas makukombo päätettiin nyt lätkäistä hapanoluen mausteiksi. Delicious as heck!

Samalta sundaymarketilta löytyi muuten oluen etiketissa oleva "dokaava munkki"-taulu eurolla.

Interesting. Light, tart, fruity, some ginger and orange, maybe some beets in the background.

330ml bottle. Tart, sweetish and slightly sourish with some ginger, blood orange, and berries, hints of beetroot. Interesting combination, quite easy going berry juice with hints of sourness.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 13.11.2020, from the brewery, 20200509) The beer poured red and lightly hazy. Its head was tiny and white. Aroma had red beet, ginger and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, red beet, ginger, tartness and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart, spicy and bitter. A rather weird brew. Not bad but not pleasant either.
