Bottle pour. Nutty nose, almost like amaretto. Sweet, boozy, nuts, almond, dark chocolate, honey. Good stuff.

Sample from bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Sweetish, heavy and roasty with some whisky, vanilla, loads of marzipan, honeycomb and nutty notes. A bit unbalanced, too much marzipan.

Bottle big thanks to Mark. It pours oily jet black with a dark tan head. The aroma is sweet, perfumed, toasted pistachio, pistachio cake, vanilla, damp oak, Turkish delight, nougat, toasted marshmallow, coconut and chocolate covered everything. The taste is bitter - sweet, toasty, slick, rich, charred, toothy, chewy, chocolate cake, sticky, damp oak, pistachio cake, vanilla, toasted marshmallow, tannin, rocky road, touch of warming alcohol and the whisky is probably in there somewhere but to me it is muted. Fulsome body and decent carbonation. Slick and thick mouth feel. Big and rich, but actually a bit more drinkable than I thought it would be. Decent.
