Imperial Gose Ale with blackberry, black currants, activated charcoal, and black lava salt aged in bourbon barrels for 12 months. We got a lil’ wild with our friends at Omnipollo and put a batch of Tefnut Blackout into freshly dumped Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. A delicious Imperial Gose taken to the next level with refined impressions of cherry wine and fruit liqueur.

Sour, sweet and boozy. Blueberry and other dark berries, bourbon, strong and feisty. Very nice, but in small doses only.

Sample from bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Intense berry juice with loads of sweetness, some mild sourness, insane amounts of blackcurrants, hints of oak, vanilla and syrup. Massive.
