Past runs at this beer have been a blend of several recipes, but this vintage is a singular volume that’s been in a range of Elijah Craig barrels for 27 months. Huge amounts of Madagascar Vanilla, vegan Marshmallow & a sailor’s touch of Sea Salt. Beneath the howl of all those adjuncts, core stout & barrel dynamics of light caramel, charred oak & high-kiln specialty malts remain. Though as hoped, you’ll find prevailing notes of Vanilla Jet Puffs, sticky Werther’s Original & the monster Yoohoo heft you’d expect from Ryan Crouser scale stout in a stemmed snifter.
