Wheat, yeast, and slightly spicy aroma. Similar taste, quite creamy and kind of spicy. Fizzy.

(Draught at Protokoll, Berlin, 15 Aug 2024) Hazy golden colour with lasting, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with notes of hay, bread, clove, banana and citrus. Malty, fruity taste with wheat, bread, citrus, peaches, banana and hay. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced hefeweizen. Very nice.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow to orange, white head. Aroma is estery, bubblegum. Dry estery. Herbal and bubblegum dense. Fruity and estery far finish.

On tap at Manifest, Berlin. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Banana aroma, banana candy, some bread. Soft spicy cloves note. Slightly tart lemony, spicy, cloves and grainy flavour. Medium body, moderate carbonation, minimal astringency. Slightly creamy, dry finish.
