We call this style a ‘New World Cask Pilsner’.

Named after the small Tudor-era naval cannon – this one will also pack a punch beyond expectation. Brewed with the sensational Denali Hop for its Tropical fruit notes on the palate and nose and lots of Pilsner and Munich Malt this is a tasty and refreshing beer for Summer.

Cask at the Bell, Waltham St Lawrence. Pale amber with a loose white head; biscuity malt aroma; rather thin in the mouth with a weak tropical fruit taste to start, then some apple juice and a herbal bitterness; leading to a dry finish. Pleasant to drink in the beer garden on a summer’s evening.
