Pours a clear golden colour with a small thin white head that quickly dissipated. A sweet caramel and marmalade aroma. A sweet almost syrupy taste, caramel and sweet citrus flavours with a moderate citrus bitterness in the finish. Slightly oily in the mouth, pleasant in small quantities but not a session ale.

Carry out from the brewery. A straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head; pleasantg caramel aroma; caramel taste with a gentle bitterness and a touch of citrus; then a long bitter caramel finish.
