Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l bottle. BB 11/2025. Cloudy dark redbrown to mahagony in the glass, more than one finger fine foamy light beige head. Looks good. Sweet malty aroma, pale grainy, hints of honey. Taste starts also malty, little bit fuity, increasing dry with present bitterness. Easy drinker.

Munzer 1953, vom Faß auf der Leipziger Bierbörse. - Rotbraun, trüb. - In der Nase nur schwaches Toastmalz und leise Frucht. - Antrunk leicht toastmalzig mit roten Früchten und leichter Kaffeenote. Zart säuerlich, nur blasse Hopfenherbe. Gut rezent, spritzig. Im Abgang zart rauchig und blaß säuerlich aber nicht annähernd so kernig gehopft wie man das von einem Kellerbier erwartet. - Enttäuschend. (27.5.2023.)
