At a tasting, thanks, almost no head, cloudy dark orange color, aroma of papaya and minerals, light papaya flavor with a light sourness and ajust a salty hint. Simple and easy, not too complex.

Bottle - Salt and soured wheat. Cloudy copper with a small white head. A bit malty and salty with a clean finish. The color and slight malt note are a bit odd for the style.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Tom Ls place. Thanks Tom L. Golden. Coriander, a bit of pickled vegetables, sweetish and slightly tart, a bit of caramel, a bit salty, light to medium-bodied.

Draft. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, salt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, salt, caramel, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Citrus, sour, salt, sour.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Sour, citrus, salt, some coriander.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy deep golden, brief head. Light lemony nose. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Grapefruit dominates, notes of coriander. Very low bitterness. Refreshing.

Hazy, red brown beer with medium head. Taste has berries (cowberries and red berries) and salt. Too special, not my style of beer.

Tap at Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is light malt, light fruit. The flavour is light sour, light sweet with a light crisp, refreshing. smooth tart citrus fruit, light spice palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
