From tap. Pourscloudy deeporange with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and slight toasted malty. Grainy, fruity and mild milky sour. Dry snd toasted, slight herbal malty finish.

Pours somewhat hazy, orange golden color, topped with a minimal and non-lasting white head. Gentler vinous nose, grapes and some fruitiness which is very hidden. Fresh and soury start, although quite held back. A bit of fruity sweetness follows with some leathery feel in the finish. Light bodied with fresh finish and a hint of saltiness if you’re lucky. Far from being bad or anything, but not completely what you’d want from a gose.

A brown-yellow beer, a head is small and blond.Aroma has citrus and sourness. Taste is storngly sour, some lemon and salt. Light bodied, refreshning. Simple.

Bottle. Slightly hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma of earthy citrus. Taste is dry lemon, light sourness, coriander. Easy drinking.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber, small beige head. The aroma is subtly tart, with notes of fermenting apples skins and some malts. The taste is slightly salty and sour - a mixture of lactic, cidery notes, as well as green fruit tartness. Very light bitterness and even some malts. Not bad.

Gylden brun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter vanilje, trevirke, fløtekaramell og noe røde bær. Lett. Mild sursyrlig smak, epler, rips og noe karamell. Kort.

Bronze coloured with quick fading head. I can smell and taste the pink salt slightly. The coriander evades me though. Fairly dry. Not particularly salty or sour.

Bottle at home, orange beer, small head. Aroma is wheat, coriander, spice. Taste is the same, salty, not bad.
