23/1/2021. Bottle shared at the first Ipswich Lockdown 3.0 virtual bottle share. From Two Brews, Colchester. Pours hazy dark orange with a nice size frothy white head. Aroma of lemon, strawberry ice cream, caramel, herbs, grain, touch of salt. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Light body, watery texture, bit above average carbonation. Ok.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with small to average, frothy, quickly fading, off-white head. Tangy, slightly citrusy and citric aroma, hints of coriander, salt, minimally bready, wheaty malty background. Taste is tart, tangy, citrusy fruity, notes of lemon, lemon peel, some orange, coriander, salt, wheaty and sour malty basis. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, rather coarse, prickly carbonation. Refreshing, drinkable - nice.

Bottle. A- Coriander, wheat. A- Dark orange color, clear liquid, off white head. T- Coriander, tangy, wheat, mild salt, lemon, orange. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Solid gose. Perhaps a tad acidic. Might get some heartburn off this one. Drank really easy.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of wheat, melon, salt, dust and yeast. Pours clear amber brown color with totally diminishing off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy, citrusy and yeasty, follows by wine, tannins and coriander, mouthfeel is dry with mild salty finish. Light body, thin texture and lively carbonation in palate. Merry gose...
