Draught at a restaurant in Vienna.
Orange, cloudy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of banana, orange, vanilla, bread, some spices.
Tastes quite similar, with some more spices, slight soapy notes.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a lively caronation.
Finishes medium spicy, yeasty, fruity, a bit grainy, a bit sweet.
Good. Quaffable and fresh, but not that special, a typical style example like man yothers. Tastes slightly unclean, while not really distracting. Solid enough.

Refrigerated brown 0.5 L bottle poured into a seized glass. Hazy tawny, medium white head. Aroma is ripe banana, medium body, medium/well carbonates, and thick small-bubble lacing. Taste is ripe banana, caramel malt, and bread. Darker than most hefeweizens.

Deutlich süß bananiger Beginn. Spritzig hefig, hintergründig herb. Sehr bananig bleibend, die Herbe steigt und bildet einen angenehmen Gegenpol zur Süße. Mittellanger, hefig herber Nachgeschmack. 11/12/11/11/9/11

Pours beautifully with a high, fluffy head, well over the lip of the glass. Murky amber in color thanks tot he sediment, color of caramel. Aroma is normal weizen, with the wheat grain a little more prominent than the fruit notes. Taste is more of the same, wit the grain more in the forefront, some bubblegum. slick, heavyweight feel. Nice weizen from Bavaria.

Bottle: Pours cloudy, dirty brown-gold with a huge, cascading, light tan head. Sweetly bready malt, caramel apple scent. Taste is soft....sweet, yeast, caramel, banana, dark wheat. Runs a little flat and lacks spicing, but pretty decent.

500ml bottle. Hazy golden colour with huge, frothy to creamy, fairly lasting, white head. Wheat malty aroma with a fruity banana touch, cautious floral yeasty overtones. Taste is minimally sweet wheat malty, cautiously fruity, minimally floral yeasty, minimally grassy hoppy. Mild but nicely balanced Hefeweizen.
