Birra Bianca ad alta fermentazione, non pastorizzata, non filtrata e rifermentata in bottiglia. Senza aggiunta di anidride carbonica, stabilizzanti e conservanti. Birra a base di frumento, particolarmente beverina e dissetante. Spaziatura fine con uno spiccato sentore di coriandolo e cardamomo. Servire con abbondante schiuma.
La birra per l’estate citrica e beverina, di corpo esile da 4,7 abv una birra che rasserena che si distanzia dalle classiche blanche per l’aggiunta di una piccola luppolatura a freddo di un luppolo che esalta la spaziatura (coriandolo, cardamomo e scorze d’arancia), ed un lievito atipico che lascia una grande pulizia del prodotto.

Tap at the Kamun Lab Pub, Genoa. Pours cloudy yellow/gold with a small white head. Aroma of lime, lemon, lemongrass, basil and coriander. Light sweetness, light citrus sour. Light body with fine carbonation.

Keg at the brewpub in Genoa. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a thin white frorh. Aroma is spices, camomile, orange, leather, doughy wheat grains. Flavour is composed of tangy citrus, rough tangy wheat, stale grains, vanilla. Palate is tangy and doughy grains. Lingering lemon floral.

On tap @ Circus beer lovers, Milano. Colore giallo torbido, offuscata dal lievito. Schiuma poca. Intensità olfattiva leggera e dalla corta persistenza. Corpo rotondo. Persistenza gustativa delicata ma nobile. Intensità gustativa persiste.

Draft sample @ Birra Expo’14, Piacenza. Dorée paille trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme est superbement bien herbacé laissant un bouquet enivrant de cardamone ponctué par un léger rétro nasal citronné houblonné. Palais superbement bien herbacé avec cette bonne saveur de coriandre et cardamome le tout est frais rappelant la menthe et citronné frais. Malt blé caractéristique de blanche. Encore ici, le simple fait d’ajouter de la cardamome met ce style à un autre niveau. Prenez exemple en Belgique!

Draught @ BQ - Birra artigianale di Qualitä , Via Losanna 36, 20100 Milano, Italy.Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - pale malt, moderate yeasty, spicy, ginger. Flavour is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration, ginger, spicy, soapy.
