Reddish amber with a huge foamy head. Malty, a bit musty, yeasty, phenolic, a bit of sugar and berry. Long finish. Moderately full bodied

From 12 ounce can bought at Liquor Shed.

Pours a reddish gold, oodles of foam, plenty of sticky lacing.

Smells of raspberry, wheat, hint of cloves but that's buried deep.

Raspberry and wheat taste up front. Wee bit of cloves that is just as hard to pull out in the taste as it is in the smell.

Good mouthfeel. Not very Saison like but it's a treat to drink.

Sample from a bottle. Hazy red color, with a small, off-white head. The nose is distinctly raspberry, and it is hard to get anything else. Maybe some coriander, banana, and caramel. Sweet and fruity, with a bit of hop bitterness that cuts the sweetness down a bit. Medium body, acidic, crisp, and a little clingy. Overall, this is a very aggressively fruited beer, but done quite well.
