500ml bottle in trade with Lew Brewer-thanks. retaining thin white-lt gold. A-clove, sweet grain. T-clove/spice (a bit too much), orange, sweet grain.

Pour is a hazy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is a decent sweet fruity ester but also some candi sugar on top of that. Flavor is more of a fruity nectar with some honey and again candi sugar. I don’t really get any alcohol. Finish leaves a bit of apricot on the tongue. I don’t know where they were going with this but it’s still a tasty albeit very sweet beer.
