Keg at DogTap. It pours cloudy golden - yellow with a thick, fluffy white head. The he aroma is fresh, fragrant, floral, honeysuckle, peppery juniper, daisies, lemon & orange peel, wheat bread, old fashioned lemonade, nectarine, apricot, dull passion fruit, star anise and pleasing G&T vibes. The taste is upfront it's crisp, dry, green, weedy, dry oak, tannin, lemon, lime, pomelo, tangerine, citrus peel, peppery spice, juniper, G&T, fragrant, floral, hearty bready malt, floury, hay, baked goods, sponge cake, cremola foam and grass with a pleasingly warming, boozey dry oak finish. Medium - fulsome body and moderate carbonation. Fluffy and lovely mouth feel. Great depth. One of the best BD's I've had in some time.

Banana, gin, orange peel, boozy finish. Not sure I like it, but definitely not something I’ve had before!
