750ml bottle from Futtle. It pours a lovely pale buttermilk yellow with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is musty, funky, damp hay, barnyard, daisies, white grape skin, gooseberry, candied lemon, fizzy candy, dry oak and light vanilla. The taste is crispy, dry, firm, light tannin, oak, vinous, gooseberry, white grape, fizzy candy, tangfastics, twist of lemon & lime, melon, floral accents, dry funk, barnyard is more mellow on the taste than snout and just mild acidity with a dry, oaky finish. Medium body and fine, spritzy carbonation. Nice white wine character and funk. Nice one.
