Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear amber - brown with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, oily, caramel, toffee, dried fruits, fruit loaf, mellow chilli spice, touch of smokey tea and brown bread. The taste is dry, pleasing bitterness, sweet - spicy, caramel, bitter toffee, toasty brown sugars, dried fruits, fruit cake, well judged chilli pepper spice, warming, and brown bread with a spicy finale. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Like the balance to this. Decent spiced beer.
