Keg at BD Inverurie. It pours clear deep golden - amber with a small, but sturdy white head. The aroma is nutty, oaky, cereal, light vanilla, grassy, slightly herbal and some sweet biscuity malt. The taste is dry, decent hit of bitterness, plenty of oak character (!), slight tannin, floral, varnish, slightly soapy, nutty, cereal, peppery spice, juniper, grassy and herbal accents. Average body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Won't be everyone but I kinda like it. Certainly stands out from a crowd.
