Cask at Queen Vic, Aberdeen. It pours every so slightly hazy golden - blonde with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, floral, orange blossom, orange marmalade, apple, nelson, pear, spice and surpassingly some fresh spearmint. The taste is fairly crisp, firmly dry, decent hit of bitterness which lingers, bready malts, cereal, zingy citrus, orangey, tangerine, lemon pith, peppery spice, slightly floral, soapy, underlying malt sweetness, touch of apple, melon, estery fruits and some bubblegum with a drying, spicy finish. Average body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Nice condition to this. Quite a bit to it. Could be a touch more drinkable, but interesting stuff.
